I was tempted to smugly suggest that you google "search.conduit.com",
but it may not do you any good if your browser's search function has
been compromised. If you have access to another computer or a
smartphone you may want to try that to search because this particular
malware hooks itself pretty deeply into your system.

discusses the issue, but you should read the entire thread as the
"Chosen Solution" may not fully remove all traces from the registry,
and there are a couple of malware removal tools and links discussed
downthread.
