They are basing the conversion, in part, by the official end-of-support for
the product (in spite of the fact that they have never used or needed MS
support). More than that, though:

1. It is time -- the app hasn't been touched for ~20 years.
2. They need it to play better with their other systems.

So,no, not a VFP deal any more.
