I would be concerned that Kingsoft Office seems to be the official Office
Suite of, and supported by, the government of China. However, being an
American, I realize there is not a lot of credibility to my pointing finger
:)

I use LibreOffice and it works for me and my clients and several
publishers. Super-intricate documents may certainly cause you problems.
