You've had a great run, Paul! Like you, I absolutely LOVED working as an independent, but the Corporate world pays so much more...and when you've got bills, you need that consistent pay instead of the roller-coaster of self-employment.
You actually inspired me to do my own thing after getting laid off on Jan 4, 2003. (Yes, I'll never forget that date!)
