Cool. I'll package up wOOdy's runtime plus the MySQL 3.51 ODBC Setup in
a separate installer to be run at the initial setup on that machine.
Thanks,

I've always done it that way. It's simple, quick and clean and means
you can simply copy an .exe over for the program.

Subject: Installing an application--using wOOdy's VFP9SP2RT.exe to
install the runtimes to lessen the size of your app's setup.exe?
I was putting together the Inno Script for a new app. It's been
awhile, so I was researching the runtimes on the fox.wikis.com site.
It gave a reference to wOOdy's VFP runtime installers here:
http://archive.msdn.microsoft.com/FoxPro/Release/ProjectReleases.aspx?ReleaseId=125
I was wondering your thoughts on just using that for the runtimes so
that the installer for my apps could be kept small (thanks to no
runtime bloat).
What do you think? Maybe not as polished as if you included them in
your app's setup, but not terrible either.
