I'll add my Plus One here - I got it when it went on sale, and it's
absolutely worth the price. Well designed, pretty decent GUI, uses a
variant of BASIC.Fred that is very easy to get the hang of, especially
if you use OOP in VFP. Very friendly forum that I've only needed once.
I was able to set it up, including bridging to my android device, in one
evening, and was able to do a fancy 'Hello World' with graphics, sound,
and branching logic in a few hours. I highly recommend it.

For those of you who showed interest when I posted about the Basic4Android
software, they are having a sale (not long to go). The enterprise version with
2 years of upgrades is now 84 US dollars with the Standard version (2months of
upgrades) at 41 dollars.
If any of you are thinking about any Android development then I can recommend
it and the updates/enhancements that have been shipped out in the last few
months make it an even better product then when I posted about it.

Academic licenses are available at 50% discount off these prices as well.
