My application has been bulletproof (patting myself on the back pretty
hard) for over 16 years. If I had only done a crappier job, maybe they
would have paid attention to it sooner. <g>
And therein is the irony; we do such a great job we cut ourselves out of
the future, but if our work wasn't as solid, they'd require updates from
us regularly (and most likely justify the yearly support fee).
I too take pride that some customers never called me back because it
worked so well. :-)
