Eh, the H2Office sewer/water billing app I did back in 2008 was rock
solid. Past the first few months of integration...absolutely nothing
from them. 2 things: 1) the system kicks ass (MySQL backend), and 2)
they are not very friendly and the cheapest MFs. If you know
Pennsylvania Dutch folks, you understand.
