Ok what's odd here is I have several PC's all connected to a server and domain, yet I have a M$ account and use the store. Never had this problem. Good to know the cure If I do though Al

Genious! I basically backed up my profile, deleted all accounts except the admin, created a new local account, copied the contents of my profile into the new profile. I still had to reconfigure a whole bunch of stuff, but I am back to where I was yesterday. If this ever happens to you or anyone you know, just open up accounts and there is a button, "change to local account."
