That's true if you're trying to do stateless with HTML controls. I use
my VFP app just like it's a desktop app but just with client/server kind
of design using VFP SPT CURSORS to work with the web database.

The web doesn't work anything like the desktop. Good luck going

Good afternoon,
Have been working with Fox now for close to 20 years... Client has
expressed an interest on running portions of their desktop application
on
the web. I have 0 experience with web stuff,..
Can anyone make some recommendations on a quick and dirty way to learn
the
basics...
Have started playing with Fox-In-The-Cloud. Looks promising However
lacking internet basics I am having a heck of time just getting the
demo's
to run etc.
Would someone please comment on my use of Fox-In-The-Cloud, recommend
alternative means to accomplishing this task...
Any input or words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated...
Regards,
Desmond
