Ted, Define "fun" as you see it. I load data into fillable PDF's all the time (thanks to you). That is fun. But looking at this one and the time allotted placing the report as a background image is not only easy, but it looks perfect and it's already done. Thanks to Man-wai!

Have you considered going the other way: convert the FoxPro data into
PDF-compatible format and generating a PDF with the data merged into the
form? I used PDFTK (https://www.pdflabs.com/tools/pdftk-the-pdf-toolkit/)
to merge text data (extracted from a MySQL database using PHP, but data is
data...) and generate PDF documents from this.

It's not trivial to perform, but a lot more fun than trying to get VFP data
to land accurately on a bitmap.

I have an 8.5 x 11 landscape PDF document. I would like to convert it to
an 8x11 landscape image in order to use as a background in a report. It is
a form that I want to fill the cells and it is so busy that it would take
hours to reproduce in VFP so I just want to put an accurate image up there
and put the controls on top of it.

What is the best way to go about this? Size and accuracy of the lines is
important.

Thanks,
