if the code they are running under citrix is foxpro, I would use the
getenv() command if it is not already implemented, and create a separate
folder for each user to count them that way.

This way they would need to contact you, or helpdesk to get set up, and at
that time you would have an email conversation with them where you could
get the model, serial, etc, AND set up their getenv(username).

At least that is how I did it at bally and assurant solutions
