Does anyone know of a free (or inexpensive) Windows utility that will compare two PDF files and display the content differences?

Specific need:
I need to run a report, output to PDF, at 8am.
Then run the same report a second time, output to PDF at 3pm.
Then load both into a utility that will display what has changed between the two reports.

This is for a scheduling program that records delivery appointments.
Anywhere from 90% to 100% of the content will be unchanged...just trying to quickly determine what has changed. The reports are usually around 10 to 15 pages long.

I know Acrobat Pro has this option, for the meager sum of about $300 per workstation... Need to be able to perform this duty on several workstations.

Thanks for any suggestions!
