Hi Dave I've missed you, really Please can I ask or comment the following
I use Teamviewer and love it. I distribute my software and updates with a small Teamviewer exe which is placed on the client pc, in my app location. If they need support, they click a menu option which activates the TV host and they email or phone me the ID and pw. The client likes this because they know I can't access their system without them knowing about it. I don't see this with Splashtop I like the process where no installation is required on the client PC A small exe is all that is required Splashtop seems to require installation. Teamviewer has many more options (a the top of the screen) e.g. Multiple screens, File transfers, Chat Maybe I've missed something. I will look further I do like the price !
