I live in Vegas and sometimes hang out at the Sin City Brewery (there are 3 of them) It is owned by the guy that used to be the brew master at Gordon biersch. There is a Gordon biersch near me but I have heard some bad things about the management so I have not been there. My favorite is Innis & Gunn (Scottish ale) that is at all the Gordon Ramsey places on the strip. Last evening I tried a new draft there called Moa (New Zealand). I like a strong brew and it certainly was. Since it is an 'acquired taste' I'll have to try again.

used to enjoy a pale ale every friday at gordon biersch's in vegas.

We have a brewery in fredericksburg, tx but I haven't been there much as
its out of my reach at the current moment.

I'm not a wine drinker, but there are lots of wineries cropping up in this
area as well.

Believe I will start a glass collection one of these days..

guess I will never be a beer connoisseur as I prefer mine nearly froze

If that's what works for you, enjoy it.

As far as glassware goes, I've reached the point where I'm turning
down brewery logo glasses unless they're sufficiently different.
Life's rough.
