Same problem after re-install. However I can run the browser.app, 
dataexplorer.app and coverage.app no problems at all. It is only the 
beautify.app and the builder.app that throw the problems.

I think I will recompile them from the xSource and report back.

Full rights on all folders so it isn't that. Running with administrator rights 
gives the same error.
 I can generate an app or exe and it works no problem so I am going to 
uninstall VFP and completely re-install it again to see if that works.
