You can download the free Express edition of 2012 or 2014 and restore the backup(s) easily.
Not sure where on the page for download but it will have a list of other files to download and one of them will be Manager, another will be Reporting services, Analytically Services, etc. Or you can download everything for free and have that 10 gig limit to a DB. Because you are SA on your box you should have no trouble with ability to gain access into this db. Once you have the DB restored you can rt click on the db name and Export Data is towards the bottom. I have no idea if the VFP data driver will work here so I would use excel output or access to catch any table you want to throw at it. Works real fast and all you have to do is define the file name or table name depending on the container you choose. Hope this helps.
