Sorry, no personal experience with Mac since the G4 days. Linux, Intel, Android, reluctantly Win 3.1 through 8.1, but little OSX work.

A Google search for "problems with new mac updates and parallels" limited to the last month doesn't come up with anything that really stands out. Maybe a few more clues... does it not boot, throw error messages? Fail to start Windows? Smoke come out the vents?
