Yeah Dan - Ken made me chuckle on that response. I enjoyed reading his 
excitement about tracking down the problem - and that it may be due to a Memory 
module that's got problems. It would be nice to know that my WAG actually 
pointed him in the right direction!

  a. I don't have to worry about the software update trashing my system.

  c. The problem is solvable.
  d. The info I dug up actually helped.
