On VFPx there is FoxBin2Prg, a project which converts SCX, VCX and MNX to
PRG style text (not-compilable), and FRX, LBX, DBF and DBC to XML style.

Actually, it is used for two-way conversion of VFP 9 binaries to text and
rebuilding the binaries, which is a requisite for using with SCM or DVCS
tools like git, PlasticSCM and others.

You can convert a single file or an entire VFP 9 project or directory to
text (extension ??2), and then print them with your preferred text editor.
