I've done enough automation stuff over the years that I like being able to type:
DO compfiles WITH <file1>,<file1> In the VFP command window. :-) I also think Merge is an excellent comparison tool and like recommending the product. -- rk -----Original Message----- From: ProfoxTech [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Kurt Wendt Sent: Friday, May 08, 2015 3:33 PM To: [email protected] Subject: RE: VFP, SccText & CodeWright - Oh My... So far - I have not seen any references to COM - only DLL and some DDE kinda stuff. I'm hoping I can simply run like a Batch file - that calls CodeWright and give it parameters of files for it to compare - and then it just does it. I did create a batch file to run CodeWright, and I put a file name as a parameter - and it did indeed run CodeWright and open that single file. At this point - I'm still kind of experimenting with it - and looking around in the help files. -K- _______________________________________________ Post Messages to: [email protected] Subscription Maintenance: http://mail.leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profox OT-free version of this list: http://mail.leafe.com/mailman/listinfo/profoxtech Searchable Archive: http://leafe.com/archives/search/profox This message: http://leafe.com/archives/byMID/profox/blupr10mb0451c7e1b31dd2b2ee084a51d2...@blupr10mb0451.namprd10.prod.outlook.com ** All postings, unless explicitly stated otherwise, are the opinions of the author, and do not constitute legal or medical advice.
