I just put in a wireless web camera so our receptionist can keep track of who/what is going on in the showroom which I several rooms, doors, walls away... it's moderately effective since we are well outside the range, but a $60 doodad to boost the signal would probably fix that. Actually, it isn't set up as a "web camera" but is running closed circuit TV... The company we got the cameras from is called X10 and they have what you are looking for... Matthew S.
