Hi Laurie At least they can be debugged which is more than a vfp dll can. That really is a bugbear. Imagine a macro in an inlist in a dll on a website. And I thought programming was getting to the 21st century :) I do agree with you, use sparingly when nothing else will do, well easy anyway. Al
