Not Windows "RT" but Windows 8 and 8.1 I have an app deployed on ASUS Transformer T100s, tablets with detachable keyboard, and it works fine.
We use the app exclusively as a keyboard and pointer data entry app, and ignore the touch. The touch UX is... challenging.
