Nope. Button click works fine with touch. Typically, though, you've got something like a 1366x768 screen on a 10" or smaller tablet, you'll find that you need to boost the sizes of things so fat fingers can touch them successfully. Some other controls, like dropdowns or listbox scroll buttons, can be really tough to activate, due to the small size. But it can be done.
