Excellent suggestions, but no go.

"Advanced mouse settings" was of course where I would look for
Trackpad scrolling, but there is no "Settings" tab on my Mouse
properties dialog.

I'll poke around and see if ASUS has posted some updated drivers for
Windows 10. The trackpad is listed as an ASUS Trackpad (vs. the more
common Synaptics) on the Mouse Properties hardware tab.... Nope, up to
date on drivers.

I've got a lot more poking around the UI to see what I can find...

Not a big deal, as this is a smoke-test testbed for one VFP app
(because the client bought this model) and not a production machine.
