Hmmmmm, not come across that one I must admit. Have you tried creating a brand new dummy form and doing the same thing? At least that will tell you if it is simply the form that is causing the error or VFP. You can reset it by right clicking on the actual form width and select the "reset to default" which will then track the size of the base class whatever you set it to.
