Make a backup, make another one.

Pack the form. See if that fixes it.

Check your form designer for maximum width.

Create a new form of the same base class. Copy all the contents of the old form 
to the new one.

Save off the backups to poke around at in your spare time. Browse or use one of 
the tools to generate text from the form and you may find something wrong like 
duplicate header records or other issues.
