I would use only positive words and ideas like the benefit M$ could gain out
of this move -- especially in the developing countries where VFP really has
a large impact -- we at FoxInCloud can observe that every day, though we
can't draw any statistics -- we see many devs around 35 interacting with us.

In short I would avoid any wording giving the impression that they did
something wrong in the past, and/or argue about loyalty or this kind of
stuff.
Let's talk about business only.

I wish I could write something, it would be no more that Frenglish
unfortunately.
