You might also search the forums. There's a .dll, a VC7 runtime IIRC,
that's not included in the most recent Windows distros, that it dpends
on, and fails silently if it can't be found. I added that to my
InnoSetup routine and that resolved it for a lot of my customers.

Some still had problems, and I wonder if an anti-malware program was
freaking out over .ZIP files...
