It looks like an issue on Digital Ocean's side of things (they are my new 
hosting company). Here's a record in my mail log:

Jan 12 09:00:41 mailserver postfix/smtp[6542]: 23400126E19:

They are supposed to set up PTR records automatically, but don't seem to have 
done so for this server. I've entered a support ticket for this.
