Great responsive customer service from Digital Ocean! The PTR records have been 
set up, and I now see mail to Ted in my logs like this:

Jan 12 14:52:05 mailserver postfix/smtp[27363]: 23400126E19: 
to=<[email protected]>, relay=mx.tds.net[64.8.70.104]:25, delay=88828, 
delays=88827/0/0.44/0.09, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (250 2.0.0 OK 
D6/DF-13918-57765965)

So I hope that fixes things for most everyone else, too. If not...
