For remote control I use Splashtop Business (splashtop.com) and for one off
support they have an add on Splashtop SOS which allows you to remote connect to
a user for a one off session with minimal setup by the remote end and you can
connect via iPad's, Androids and also iPhones... yes I do the iphone connect
back to my office on an iPhone 6s with my two screens with no problem at all.
Just as good as Teamviewer but cheaper.

On the SDP end I use Microsoft's own software on PC and Microsoft's equivalent
on iPad via a VPN back to the office which is very stable indeed.

Alan's point about remote access RDP and remote control (above) are very valid
as they are completely different beasts.

Subject: Remote Desktop Options

Most of our clients use the Remote Desktop App RDP in Windows, but clients have
experienced the session screen turning black after some time. We found a
Columbus Remote Desktop that seems to work fine, but it doesn't map local
drives. Any Remote Desktop apps ProFoxers can recommend?
