I would have expected a list and some comment. I have read a few horror stories from several sources about paypal. There is never a problem if you are buying and selling is okay for small amounts, but anything large can get frozen at any time. They are obviously just hanging on to the money to make more money elsewhere and the agreement allows them to do this.
