My Mom used to teach Biology and more in a nursing program. She has been
swimming for YEARS as her primary exercise. The thing about swimming -
you get the water resistance - but, NO Actual bodily type impacts -
which occurs in most Other sports - and thus incurs injury over time. So
- yeah a BIG Plus One on Michael's input!!!
