Do you have a PDF printer installed that you can print to a file.  That 
way you could rule out problems with the network spooling process and 
the printer.
As you have reproduced the problem at head office, it sounds like a data 
problem. 
What data are you reporting on for the report?  E.g.  you generate to 
one cursor, two cursors related,  one data table, two data tables etc.

You could also try removing the 46th and/or 47th record and see what 
happens, but that would be a lot of paper wasted!
