Kurt, It might not hurt to point out to them that there aren't many VFP developers available (certainly not good ones) and that they may find that they need to adjust the pay or not be able to find anyone.
You might try to get some idea of how hard it's been for them to find someone and, if so, consider discussing salary when they offer you the job... Anyway, hope it all works out for you!
