There could be “used” copies I guess but I doubt highly there are any unsold virgin (for lack of a better term) copies floating around out there. But can you be sure it’s coming from a legitimate source? Also, I don’t know what the MS license says about transferring not that I think they particularly care. VFP is still dead. 😉
