Yeah, I sent that before I read your blog on the actual root cause. Lookout is doing this conversion automagically even when one (remembers to) set plain text mode. I shall endeavor to use <smile> or perhaps <slight smile> as Slack likes to call it instead. I cannot have it upon my conscience that I was the root cause for the Great Profox Message Debacle of '25.
