I understand it well having dealt with the ramifications for the last 4
years.

BUT a lot of that money does go into employee's pockets, just at a higher
level like the article you posted today.

I too believe a lot of companies want to have just a ceo and cfo to collect
the money and some secretarys to pamper their ego's.

A lot of oil field people that have took it in the ??? The last 20 years or
so are now making very good money thanks to haliburton and other oil field
trash that are getting the jobs..
