Adam,
It may well sound like it but in development mode with a couple of VFP
sessions and 3 VFP on line programs, Outlook, Messenger and a few other apps
I've used up nearly 1Gb as opposed to XP equivalent which normally runs at
about 400Kb-500Kb.

All the blurb from M$ seems to say it runs faster, and when there is lots of
free memory this is true, but adding multiple apps and decreasing available
memory below 512Kb makes it run like a dog.

Haven't found out how to cap memory for an application yet as this may well
help, but I'm looking!

Surely 2Bb sounds like a huge amount of memory?

Al,
VFP9 Works No Problems (so far) on mine. I fired it up on Saturday.

I'm still not convinced about the speed of it though. I think my 2Bb of
memory is insufficient.
