I have liked to use the strtran() function inside of visual foxpro. It would be something like... replace mField with strtran(mField,chr(13)+chr(10),"") to completely remove
or replace mField with strtran(mField,chr(13)+chr(10),"~") to indicate where changed Hope this helps.
