I have a field that I display in the Header of a page and then I redisplay
it in the footer. The report has also a grouping. The grouping is set to
start on a new page.

What happens is this:

If there are enough records in a group to print a second page and if the
second page has no records, i.e. the footer appears by itself on a page, the
field in the footer is different than the field in the header.

I've tried a number of suggestions to no avail... Things like adding an
empty field in the detail band that never prints (do not print if empty) To
keep at least one record on each page. This failed as above. I tried placing
a variable in the group footer that told me I was in the footer, and then
had added a field in the cursor call pagefooter... This stored the value of
the last one processed..

Any more ideas?

TIA,
Mike
