Permissions - need to manually set permissions on local folders if you want full read-write access.
ActiveX controls. They have to be installed manually by right-clicking on regsvr32.exe and choosing 'run as administrator' (or something like that). Registry. Some areas can't be written to (most are OK though). Once these have been sorted out our programs, at least, run fine (vfp8).
