The vibe I am getting is that Vista looks incredible (if you have the tech to run it to maximum effect) and screen rendering is much improved. People seem to turn off the UAC nag windows as soon as they can find how to do it. Gamers are having *big* problems with GFX and sound drivers at the minute. There doesn't seem to be a compelling security reason to upgrade a properly secured XP Pro installation.
