Shocking! With this level of fraud and waste, one might be tempted
to think that this is a deliberate plot to raid the Treasury for
political contract buddies. But we all know the only reason we're in
Iraq is to spread freedom, and possibly some pretty flowers and puppy
dogs, so there's simply no possibility of any wrongdoing.
