And in addition, if you have a W2K box there is no patch distributed via 
Windows Update because W2K is in maintenance mode and this apparently 
isn't considered a critical update. According to a co-worker, you have 
to pay MS $4000 to get a patch. OTOH there is a utility called TZEDIT 
that you can run on pretty much any version of Windows and manually 
change the TZ info.
