Yeah right. You can get the 3rd party patch here, so you don't have to
do it manually on NT/W2K, and it'll even work on higher platforms for
simplicity's sake:

We have hundreds or even thousands of computers/stations running our
software in turnkey installs where the owners have no clue about how
to maintain a computer, let alone think about something like this. We
had to send postcards to all our customers with a current support
contract and link them to a page on our site with instructions on
updating their computer system-- we wrote a tool that they can run on
the 'server' and it will push it out to the stations automatically.
Even still, I suspect there will be a very large number of calls
starting Sunday with people wondering why their systems are off by 1
hour...
