The bank says they have disbursed 78% of our construction funding. But the estimate of where we actually are will require some effort to calculate. I won't know that answer until I spend some time with the numbers and figure out what happened to get us where we are. The bank rep says she's fast-tracking my request for a loan increase. We've crossed the first hurdle. Now they have to pull a new appraisal and do the title search.
