My client is using WinXp. It can be done manually. I have downloaded the ocx 
along with a .ini file and for xp you have to place both files in system32 
directory and right click on the .ini file and click on Install or the same 
can be done from the RUN window with the command

REGSVR32 C:\Windows\System32\RICHTX32.OCX

I was wondering why the file was not appearing in my setup wizard.
